Maalik Ul Mulk

Both halves of this name come from one root: mālik, the owner, and mulk, the thing owned, in a single construction.

It appears once, in an ayah that says sovereignty is given and taken away at His will, honour given and lowness given — and then, in the same breath, that all good is in His hand. Three of these ninety-nine names come out of that one sentence: this one, al-Muʿizz and al-Mudhill. The giving and the taking were put in the same sentence on purpose.
