Al Mughi

Al-Ghaniyy’s root, in the shape that passes it on — the one who makes others need less. The Qur’an has the verb rather than the name: it is He who enriched and satisfied.

The form is not written in the Qur’an; the list places it directly after the name it comes from, which is the clearest possible reading of what it means. The rich one, and then the one who makes rich. Enough turns out to be a thing that can be given.
